Back in high school, I created 5 episodes of "Sombrero Man" for our school paper. Readers were equally divided, whether they spoke Spanish or not. Some got the joke, while others ranged from confused to pissed off ("I don't speak spanish, so I'm missing out on the joke!" to "I don't speak spanish, and this is effin funny"). "I speak Spanish and this makes no sense" could either be an argument for, or against, its humor, depending who you talked to. My former Spanish teacher, Mrs. Rodriguez, hated it especially. In this episode, Sombrero Man fights the Ninja Monkey Clan.
